During this window, we expect to experience intermittent impact to incoming data while upgrades are in progress.

Devices that are affected will:
- Automatically reconnect once network availability is restored
- Backfill any buffered data as soon as connectivity resumes

We expect services to stabilise quickly after the maintenance completes.
