ATMS is the legacy portal for the Isotrak solution.

ATMS contains the majority of the Isotrak API endpoints. When degraded, customers may experience problems with job imports, collecting items from our collection service, or any of the other API endpoints.

This relates to the collection, storing and presenting of data related to the EPOD solution, including images, signatures and order management. When degraded, customers may experience issues uploading or retrieving EPOD image or order data.

This relates to the job management screen in ATMSi and the progression of jobs from one state to another. When degraded, customers may experience jobs being in the incorrect state or other data related issues when trying to use the job management interface.

Both ATMS and ATMSi make use of services which provide the map tiles and display route data. When degraded, customers may experience issues loading map tiles.

This relates to the services which support both the reporting section of the ATMSi portal and scheduled reports. When degraded, customers may experience delays in scheduled reports and/or difficulty generating or accessing ad-hoc reports through the portal.

Our devices require a network connection to send data to us and, for the most part, this is achieved through SIM cards across two major mobile network providers. When degraded, customers may experience connectivity issues between their devices and our services, resulting in delayed data.
