DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
We will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on our database systems to ensure they meet the latest Microsoft recommended version and service pack . This enables us to keep updated with all the current security updates and performance enhancements.
IMPACT:
We expect the portal to be available throughout the maintenance period, however we can’t rule out some minimal impact, such as a forced log out or a slow page load momentarily.
Whilst we are not expecting to see any cache issues related to page loading or logging into the system after the maintenance, if you do experience an issue, please clear your browser cache to resolve.
