DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
We will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on our reporting database systems to ensure they meet the latest Microsoft recommended version level and service pack . This enables us to keep updated with all the current security updates and performance enhancements.

IMPACT:
We expect the reporting service to be available throughout the scheduled window for historical reporting. Reporting on anything that takes place during the maintenance period however will be not be available until post completion of this work.
Scheduled subscriptions should be sent as normal these will be reviewed afterwards and any which have failed to send will be resent.

The Isotrak portal will be available throughout for tracking & Job Management, this work will only affect the reporting service.

we can’t rule out some minimal impact, there may be a small blip momentarily once the work starts or a slow page load.
