IMPACT

The Isotrak portal will remain accessible during the maintenance window. However, some data delays affecting GPS and Mobile Data may occur for a short period after the service restarts. We will monitor this closely and provide updates if necessary.

Although we do not anticipate any issues with page loading or logging into the system after the release, please clear your browser cache if you experience any problems. See the links below for cache clearing instructions for these popular browsers:

RELEASE NOTES

New Features or Updates:

• Order Reassignment Between Jobs is now supported via web service.
• Support added for partial job import updates and visit-level order reassignment.
• Debrief "Assign To" dropdowns replaced with a searchable user picker.

Bug Fixes:

• Notification Centre Filter – Text message notifications were not enabling correctly after save.
• Notification Centre – Fixed the "Messages" widget returning zero results when an Action filter was selected.
• Notification Centre action button was not filtering correctly to the driver.
• Job arrival reasons are now correctly cleared when a driver resets a visit to Not Started.

UAT:

This release is available on the UAT platform for customers who have access.
